SeloraX is a technology company in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We make AI voice agents, the XChat AI inbox and SeloraX Commerce. This policy covers selorax.io, our apps and those products.

What we collect on this website
- What you type into our forms: your name, phone number, email, business name, Facebook page or website, and what you need help with. If you enter only your phone number in our pop-up, we keep that number so our team can call you back.
- How you use the site: a device ID stored in your browser, the pages you view and for how long, the link or ad that brought you here, your IP address and your browser type.
- Session recordings that show how pages are used. Anything typed into form fields is masked before it is recorded.
- Cookies and similar tools from PostHog, Google Analytics and Tag Manager, Meta and TikTok, used to measure visits and our ads.
- Your browser's push subscription, only if you choose to turn on notifications.
What we collect when you use our products
- Account details: your name, phone number, email and password (stored only as a hash).
- The business data you add, such as products, orders, customers and the instructions you give your AI agents.
- Calls and chats our agents handle for you: recordings (unless you turn recording off), transcripts and messages.
- Billing details. Card and wallet payments are handled by our payment providers; we don't store your full card number.
How we use it
- To reply to you, arrange a demo and set up your account.
- To run, support and improve SeloraX.
- To measure which of our ads work. When you send us a form, we may share a hashed (scrambled) copy of your phone number or email with Meta and TikTok for this.
- To keep SeloraX secure and stop fraud and abuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Your customers' data
When a business uses SeloraX to call or chat with its own customers, that business decides what is collected and why. We handle that data on the business's behalf and only to provide the service.
If you are a customer of a business that uses SeloraX, please contact that business first. We will help them with your request.
AI and model training
To answer calls and messages, conversations are processed by AI providers such as OpenAI, Google, xAI and ElevenLabs. We do not use your recordings or conversations to train AI models unless you opt in, and that setting is off by default.
Who we share it with
We share data with the service providers that run SeloraX for us, listed on our security page at selorax.io/security, and only what each one needs.
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it to authorities only when the law requires us to.
International transfers
Our servers are mainly in India, Singapore and the United States, so your data may be stored outside Bangladesh. We use providers that protect it with industry-standard security.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries from our website: as long as we are in touch about working together, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Account and business data, call logs and recordings: while your account is active, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Website analytics: for the period set by each analytics provider.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted, by emailing support@selorax.io.
- Tell us to stop marketing messages at any time.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and turn off notifications from your browser.
Children
SeloraX is for businesses. Our website and products are not meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders by email or in the dashboard.
